YOUR RIGHTS UNDER LAW

You have the right to dispute items on your credit reports yourself, at no cost, directly with the credit bureaus. You also have rights under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act and California law, including the right to cancel your service agreement within 5 days of signing without charge. We do not charge for services until the agreed work is completed.

Every credit profile is different. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, score increase, or removal of any particular item, and no employee or referral partner is authorized to promise one.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate information and documents, to review correspondence we send you, and to tell us promptly about responses you receive from bureaus or creditors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Track Credit Co.'s total liability arising out of the services or this website is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services at issue.
