Payment Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

•Results vary and are not guaranteed. No specific credit score increases are promised.

•Your card is securely stored on file at enrollment. Your first payment will be processed after your first round of dispute letters has been sent to the credit bureaus, typically within 3 to 5 business days. A second payment, if applicable, will be processed 30 days later.

•You are responsible for providing accurate information and any documentation necessary to assist with your credit dispute process.

•You may cancel your agreement within five (5) calendar days of signing your contract, or before midnight of the third business day after signing under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act — whichever period gives you longer — at no charge. If the state where you live provides a longer cancellation period, we honor that instead.

•Services may be paused if required information or documentation is not provided.

•Fresh Track Credit Co. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

•Credit repair results depend on many factors, including the accuracy and verifiability of information reported by creditors and credit bureaus.

•Refunds — credit repair services: You are never charged before work is performed — each payment is billed only after that round of dispute work is completed and sent. Because fees are collected only for work already performed, payments for completed rounds are non-refundable. If you are ever billed in error or for a round that was not performed, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund that charge in full. You may cancel at any time and will never be billed for rounds not yet performed.

•Refunds — The Fresh Track Credit Blueprint ($67): The Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly by email. Because the information cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final. If you are charged twice, charged in error, or never receive the file, contact us at [email protected] and we will refund or correct the charge in full.
