Cancellation Notice

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you may cancel your contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it. Fresh Track Credit Co. extends this right further. In accordance with your service agreement and applicable laws, you have the right to cancel your agreement with Fresh Track Credit Co. within five (5) calendar days of signing without any charge, penalty, or obligation, whichever period gives you longer.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must provide written notice of cancellation within the cancellation period. Written notice may be submitted via email, mail, or another approved communication method specified in your service agreement.

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request submitted within the cancellation period, Fresh Track Credit Co. will discontinue any unperformed services and will not impose cancellation fees or penalties. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms of your agreement and applicable law.

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel this agreement within 5 calendar days of signing, or before midnight of the third business day after signing under federal law, whichever is longer, at no cost to you. No fee will be charged for exercising this right within the cancellation period.
