Cancellation Notice

In accordance with your service agreement and applicable laws, you have the right to cancel your agreement with FreshTrack Credit within five (5) calendar days of signing without any charge, penalty, or obligation.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must provide written notice of cancellation within the five-day cancellation period. Written notice may be submitted via email, mail, or another approved communication method specified in your service agreement.

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request submitted within the cancellation period, FreshTrack Credit will discontinue any unperformed services and will not impose cancellation fees or penalties. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms of your agreement and applicable law.
